New Coach Leads Satanta

Justin Helton takes over as the Satanta head coach. Chip Ross is now coaching the junior high team. Helton is director of facilities at Satanta District Hospital but coached 11 years as an assistant at Syracuse and saw Satanta up close. The Indians have 20 out for football with five starters back on defense and three starters returning on offense. The Indians have won and made the playoffs in the past two seasons going 7-3 in 2014 and 6-4 in 2015. Key players include So. QB Gabe Salas, Jr. TE/MLB Ty Blair, Sr. RB/CB Jacob Miramontes, Sr. FB/MLB and Sublette transfer Noah Young, JR. OL/DL Javier Ledesma, and Jr. OT/DT Javier Morales. Satanta was featured during the Monday Sportsguys.
