Seward County to Hold Rural Fire DeptTown Hall Meetings

The public is invited to join Seward County for Town Hall meetings to discuss the Rural Fire Department. The meetings will be held on Tuesday, August 16th at 6:30pm in the Seward County Ag Building and on Wednesday, August 17th at the Kismet Fire Station also at 6:30pm. They will be educational evenings where the topic of discussion will be the history of the department, what it looks like today, meet the staff and volunteers, and decide what can be done better to offer the services to meet the needs of the community, while providing a safe environment. Hope to see everyone either in Liberal on Tuesday or in Kismet on Wednesday.
