Gentle, broke gelding for sale-$750

Ok, this is extremely hard for us to do but we are putting our gelding up for sale. Rooster is amazingly gentle, sweet, loves everyone, totally broke, doesn’t spook, bathes, does well for farrier. I don’t think there is one negative thing to say about him except that he is older(approx 18) and he has gotten arthritic in his front left knee. It always gets better with a dose of bute. It hasn’t happened much. He is great for beginners and little kids. My 13 year old daughter has a younger horse and that’s the one she rides because she likes to go faster. And we cannot continue to feed both of them as we don’t have a pasture. He is very special and we insist he goes to a good, loving home. We are asking $750 for him.
