Ho Van Phan, 75, died Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Southwest Medical Center.

He was born December 4, 1939 in Vietnam, the son of Gieng Phan and Nep Le.

He married Nga Thi thuy Nguyen on January 2, 1965 in Vietnam. She survives.

He and his family moved to California from Vietnam in 1992 then moved to Liberal the same year. He was a Processor with National Beef Packing from 1993 until he retired in 2005. He enjoyed gardening, watching tv, his family, and his grandchildren. He attended the South Church of God of Liberal.

His survivors include Son, Edison Phan and wife Nuong Nguyen of Liberal, KS; Three Daughters, Hanh Phan and husband Sang Huynh; Huong Phan and husband Hung Nguyen; Hieu Phan and husband Cao Nguyen all of Liberal, KS; Nine Grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters of Vietnam.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am Saturday, January 31, 2015 with viewing from 8:00 am to service time at Miller Mortuary with Pastor Joy Plummer officiating. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
