Frank “Papa” Rotolo, 93, died Tuesday, November 5, 2013 in rural Turpin, OK.
He was born May 5, 1920 in Pueblo, CO, the son of Samuel and Kathryn
(Genova) Rotolo.
He had been a Liberal resident for the past 65 years. He was employed at
Hood Chevrolet from 1949 to 1975 as the Service Manger. He then worked
for Beech Aircraft from 1977 to 1985 in the Security department.
He was a member of the American Legion Post #80 and the Elks Club. He
enjoyed NASCAR racing and was an avid fan Dale Earnhardt.
He served in the US Army from 1942 to 1945 during WW II stationed in
Australia, Guam and Puerto Rico.
On June 11, 1941, he married Marie Ellen Waller at Clayton, New Mexico.
She preceded him in death on February 5, 2002.

He is survived by

Step-Son:Don Schouten and wife Kitty of Panama City, FL
Son-in-law: Aaron Epp of Turpin, OK
Brother: John Rotolo Pueblo, CO
8 Grandchildren: Kelly Rotolo and wife Sally, Liberal, KS; Shawn
Rotolo-Utz, Lawrence, KS; Gina Rotolo, The Woodlands, TX; Toni Feldman,
Conroe, TX; Rick Epp, Wichita, KS;
Tina Call and Fiancé Stacy McVey, Liberal, KS; Wayne Fox and wife
Joanna, Stonewall, LA; Shayne Fox and wife Marci Marquette, KS
9 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his Parents, Daughter, Kathryn “Kay” Epp; 4
Brothers, Nate, Tony, Joe and Sam Rotolo and a sister Ann Johnson

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, Nov. 9th at Brenneman
Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rex Petty presiding. Burial will be held
at Restlawn Cemetery with Military Honors by the American Legion Post #80.

Visitation time will be 1 – 8 pm Thursday and 9 am to 8 pm Friday at
Brenneman Funeral Home. The family will be present to greet friends from
6 – 8 pm Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Legion Post #80 in
care of Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 67901.
