Cindy S. Booth, 39, Liberal, KS died Sunday April 5, 2013 at her home in Liberal.

She was born June 4, 1973 at Liberal, KS, the daughter of Patrick "Pat" and Frances Wright Booth.

She was a graduate of Liberal High School, class of 1991.

She was a cook at Liberal Springs and was also the owner of "Momma’s Cookin’" restaurant. In addition to cooking she also loved camping and crocheting.

Cindy is survived by 2 Sons: Carlos Salazar-Booth and David Booth of Liberal, KS. Her mother Frances Booth of Liberal. KS; 3 Brothers: Laban Booth of Liberal, KS; David Booth of Sayre, OK and Michael Booth of Hawaii. 3 Sisters: Patricia Galbreath of Lebanon, MO; Carrie Booth of Liberal, KS and Jennie Bloomfield of Liberal, KS. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews & great nieces & nephews that she dearly loved. She was proceeded in death by her father "Pat" and a sister Juanita Webb.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
