Isaiah Wood

Isaiah Wolf Wood, age two months, of Hutchinson, Kansas died Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. He was born March 16, 2012 in Hutchinson, Kansas, the son of Kelly and Amanda (Blevins) Wood.

Isaiah is survived by his parents, Kelly and Amanda Wood of Hutchinson, Kansas; brother, Noah Blevins of Hutchinson, Kansas; sisters, Krishna Wood of Newton, Kansas, Grace Orosco of Hutchinson, Kansas, Hope Blevins and Eden Blevins both of Hutchinson, Kansas; grandparents, John and Helen Blevins of Hutchinson, Kansas, Mike and Connie Burch of Pratt, Kansas, Donna and Darrell Wood of Newton, Kansas; great-grandmothers, Joyce Marquardt of Johnson, Kansas, and Alice Dickson of Liberal, Kansas; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Isaiah is preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Pete Marquardt and Nathan Decker; and great-grandmother, Betty Koehn.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church in Johnson, Kansas with Reverend Don Hasty officiating. Interment will follow at the Stanton County Cemetery in Johnson, Kansas. Friends may call Friday, June 8, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Garnand Funeral Home in Johnson.
