Rusty Del McDonald, age 56, died May 5, 2012 at his residence in rural Texas County, OK. He was born April 1, 1956 in Beaver, OK the son of Edward and Shirley (Hawkins) McDonald.
He graduated from Texhoma High School, Texhoma, OK in 1974.
He had lived in the Tyrone, OK area since Dec. 1992.
He served in the U. S. Air Force from Nov. 1974 – Nov. 1978.
He worked as a Production Specialist for Chevron USA, Inc., since 1981
On Feb. 14, 1977, he married Trecia Parker in Beaver, OK. She survives.

2 Daughters Rebecca Shoemate and husband Robert Liberal, KS
Kristi Banning and husband Travis Tyrone, OK
1 Sister April Frittz Amarillo, TX
2 Grandchildren Rilee McDonald and Baylee Shoemate.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 Sister Misty McDonald and 1 Nephew Trent Pate.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Arlen Ankle, First Church of the Nazarene, of Liberal, presiding. Graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 8th, in the Capital View Cemetery, near Elmwood, OK.
Visitation will be 2-5 pm Sunday and 9:00 am -8:00 pm Monday with the family present from 6:00-8:00 Monday at Brenneman Funeral Home to greet friends.
