Jada Mickens is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week

Liberal junior volleyball player Jada Mickens is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week. Mickens had 21 kills Tuesday in Liberal’s quad against Colby, Guymon, and Ulysses. Mickens also ran track and plays basketball and plans to play softball in the spring. She and the LHS volleyball team travel to Dodge City Thursday to face the Red Demons. Liberal then hosts a tournament Saturday morning beginning at 8:30.
