Sublette Looks to Out-Fox Opponents in 2015

Sublette has their third different head coach the past three years. But this head coach is in his fifth season in Sublette. Matt Fox, who is head wrestling coach and assistant track coach adds head football coach to his list of duties at Sublette. The Council Grove native has been an assistant the past four years at SHS. He has a good amount of experience coming back for the Larks with eight starters on offense and seven on defense from last year’s 2-7 team. The Larks will turn to a spread offense to utilize their speed and use a 4-4 defense similar to last year.

Some of the key Lark players are Sr. QB/LB Sebastian Morales, Sr. WR/S Levi Whaler, Sr. WR/LB Gunner Stapleton, Sr. WR/LB Jared Garetson, Sr. OL/DL August Desaire, Jr. OL/DL Alex Burton, and So. OL/DL Jamel Roberson.
