Obed Quintana is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week

Liberal senior runner Obed Quintana is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week. Quintana won the WAC meet in Hays last week in 16:24. He has won the WAC in back to back years. Quintana will try to qualify for state with his team Saturday at Lake Barton in Great Bend for the regional cross country meet. Quintana has qualified for state all three years. He also runs track and is a member of That Liberal Band.
