Tessa Downs Signs at Tabor

Liberal swimmer Tessa Downs signs to swim at Tabor College in Hillsboro. Downs says the fact that Tabor is a Christian college is key and allows her the chance to swim and grow her faith. Downs signed Monday morning in Liberal High School’s gym in front of family, teammates, and head swimming coach Thais Baziquetto-Allen.
