Hays Holds Off Liberal to Win WAC Track

Hays won their fifth straight WAC boys track and field title and Garden City won their third straight girls title Thursday at Dodge City Memorial Stadium. Hays scored 105 points followed by Liberal (96.5), Dodge City (83), Garden City (47.5), and Great Bend (43). Garden City’s girls scored 183.66 for first followed by Dodge City (104.33), Hays (62), Liberal (14), and Great Bend (9).
