Seward Sets Up Showdown for Second with Hutch

Seward’s volleyball team moved into a tie for second place Wednesday night with a 3-0 win at struggling Dodge City. The Saints won (25-21, 25-19, 25-18) to improve to 4-1 in the Jayhawk West and 11-10 overall. The Conqs are 2-19 overall and 0-7 in the Jayhawk West. Seward is an eyelash away from being in first place. Their only loss came to Colby in the Green House when they led the final set 13-9 but lost 13-15.

The Saints play at 4-1 Hutchinson Friday evening at 6:30 before hosting 2-3 Pratt in the Green House Saturday afternoon at 2.
