Liberal Claims Quad Crown

Maybe Liberal can get on a roll. The LHS volleyball team won all three matches in their quad in the Big House Tuesday evening and didn’t drop a single set in the process. A key Ulysses injury may have helped but LHS will take the three wins and look for more improvement in a big week which includes their home tournament Saturday.

Tuesday LHS upended Colby (25-20, 25-15) before beating Guymon (25-13, 25-11) in the afternoon session. Tuesday night, LHS beat Ulysses (25-22, 25-12).

Liberal is 8-4 and plays at Dodge City Thursday night.
