Hereford Wins Battle of the Bricks

Hereford outlasted Liberal 51-47 Saturday night in the Big House. Liberal went just 5-20 at the free throw line including two of their first 18. The Whitefaces (3-7) weren’t much better making eight of 19 free throws.

Hereford led 26-19 at halftime and 40-33 after three quarters. Britton Abbott scored 10 in the loss. The Redskins fall to 1-3 and host Gruver Tuesday at about 7:50 on Talkradio 1270 and kscbnews.net.
