Seward’s Gustin Signs with Regis

Seward outfielder and pitcher Willie Gustin signed Thursday to stay close to home. The Aurora, Colorado native signed with nearby Regis. The sophomore committed to Regis several weeks ago and signed Thursday in the All American Room.
Gustin leads the Saints with 19 doubles and 36 RBI’s. He also is batting .295 with three homers and plays a solid leftfield. He has pitched in four innings this season.
Last year Gustin batted .394 with one homer, 14 doubles, and three triples. The 5’9" 175 pound two-way player from Cherokee Trail High School in Aurora had six saves for the Saints last season.
