Olmstead Says he Enjoys Coaching Young Redskin Team

The Liberal Redskins open their home season against the Ulysses Tigers Tuesday at 4 p.m. at the Liberal Baseball Complex. Four Redskins have significant varsity experience from last year’s team which finished 9-12. Junior Dustin Loftis, sophomore Lorenzo Pando, senior Dauton Holder, and senior Miguel Gomez.

This is Eric Olmstead’s sixth season as head coach. The Skins were 13-8, 13-9, 13-8, and 13-8 his first four seasons. Click on the audio icon to hear Olmstead’s Sportsguys interview.
