Four Redskins Make State

Four Liberal wrestlers qualify for state at regionals in Valley Center Saturday. Dalton Moody at 132, Ayodole Braimah at 145, Trenton Wilson at 152, and Jorge Nunez at 220 qualify for state. Heavyweight Gabe Beltran was disqualified for biting.

Nunez and Wilson both made it to the finals and finished second. Braimah finished third and Moody was fourth.

Liberal placed fifth as a team while top ranked Ark City won the regional and fifth ranked Goddard took second.
