A Baker, Okla. resident is being held at the Texas County Detention Center on one count of rape in the first degree. Brent M. Rose, 18, has been arrested for allegedly raping a minor on July 23, 2009. According to the information released from the Texas County Court Clerk’s Office, Rose drugged and forcibly raped a minor.

Rose was picked up on a warrant for his arrest and awaits trial on a $100,000 bond.
