Milestone Win for Lewallen in Garden City

Seward’s volleyball team handed their head coach his 350th win as a college head coach Wednesday night. Seward beat Garden City 3-0 (25-18, 25-22, 25-11) in the Perryman Center. Seward is 20-8 overall and 9-3 in the Jayhawk West. Garden City is 1-26 overall and 0-10 in the Jayhawk West.
Luallen is 182-108 at Seward since 2005. He was the head coach at College of the Southwest from 1994-2004.
Seward plays at Missouri-West Plains Friday and Saturday. Seward faces #19 Barton Friday at noon before a matchup with Jefferson at 4 p.m. Saturday, the Saints play #16 Missouri State-West Plains at noon before a matchup with #17 Wallace State-Hanceville at 4 p.m.
The Saints (9-3) are back in second in the Jayhawk West trailing 10-0 Barton and leading 7-2 Colby.
