Saints Hold Athletic Awards Banquet

Three male and three female athletes were recognized for their high grade point averages at last night’s Seward County Athletic Awards Banquet. Three males and three females are finalists for the WA Shuffelberger Award. The males are Baseball’s Jace Moore, Spirit Squad’s Luis Pauyac, and Aaron Schaffer. The females are tennis’ Fanny Benincasa, Volleyball’s Sheina Fernandes, and Saintsation Adriana Vazquez. Two Saints won awards thanks to their team mates. Moscow’s Jace Moore won Baseball’s Wade Johnstone Award and Maddie Yanke won the Jamie Talbert Award in Basketball.
