City Bus hours will be 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Serice days will remain Monday thru Friday. This schedule is effective June 1st. In a press release, the city of Liberal says: "We regretfully announce that we will lose two hours of service a day, but had to take steps to adjust ta an operating budget that will not expand with our new route. This new route will be in place after new buses are delivered to us. We don’t have an exact delivery date yet, as the vendor will customize these buses for every agency in Kansas that is receiving new vehicles. (For example, paint colors and interior specifications). We do know it is expected to be after July."
