3 Day Trial Concludes, Greeson Guilty On All Counts

72 year old Albert O’ Neill Greeson was found guilty in Seward County District Court Wednesday afternoon on all 3 charges against him. In a trial that began on Monday, Greeson was found guilty of Unlawful Possession with Intent to Distribute, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphanalia, and Excessive Quantity of an Illegal Substance with No Kansas Drug Tax Stamp. Judge Clint Peterson presided over the trial with Assisstant Attorney General Dennis Jones as the Prosecuting Attorney. Greeson was defended by Attorney Greg Swanson. Sentencing has been scheduled for a later date. Greeson was arressted on October 22, 2012 and was among several arrested when a large amount of marijuana was discovered in rural Seward County.
