Airborne Car Crashes West of Ulysses

An airborne vehicle caused possible injuries to a Ulysses man Sunday afternoon west of Ulysses. The Kansas Highway Patrol reports 20 year old Andrew Lee Trevino was headed east on 160 3.5 miles west of Ulysses when it veered off the left side of the road. The vehicle struck an embankment and went airborne for a short distance and came to rest on its wheels in a field. Trevino was taken to Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital in Ulysses with possible injuries. Trevino was driving a 1997 Mazda Passenger Car.
