The Department of Corrections website shows Brinsfield was serving 10 years. He was convicted in Pottawatomie County on charges of possessing a firearm while committing a felony, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and false personation.

Love was serving 10 years for two robbery convictions in Tulsa County.
