On Sunday, November 13, 2011, at about 4:15 a.m., officers were dispatched to a residence in the 900 block of Maple Boulevard for a report of a stabbing victim. Responding officers contacted a 26 year old male and a 22 year old male with apparent lacerations.
The two men were transported to Southwest Medical Center by Seward County Emergency Medical Services with non life-threatening injuries. The men were treated and released from the hospital.
Investigating officers learned that the two men had been engaged in a brawl with several individuals at a house party at a residence in the 400 block of Princeton. The fight occurred minutes before officers were dispatched to the stabbing call. Investigators have identified several participants of the fight.
No arrests have been made. The investigation of this incident is ongoing at this time.
