SCCC/ATS Awarded $4.1 Million Grant

Seward County Community College/Area Technical School has received official notification that SCCC/ATS has been awarded a $4.1M federal STEM grant. The grant will provide programs in sustainable agriculture, food science/safety, and allow SCCC/ATS to enhance and expand their math and physics programs – and employ a transfer specialist to assist students who are transferring to a university. SCCC/ATS is the only college in Kansas to receive the grant. SCCC/ATS is excited to implement this grant along with the $3.25M grant received last year to implement energy related programs and radiology tech over the next few years.
