Alyssa Kirk 2011 5 State Fair Queen

Alyssa Kirk, daughter of Kelly and Christie Kirk, was crowned the 2011 Seward County 5 State Fair Queen. She was crowned Sunday evening before the start of the car races, by outgoing Queen, Amanda Collins. Alyssa Kirk, and Lauren Sarchet, the lone to candidates, raised over $5500.00 for the Liberal Soroptomist Scholarship Program. Both candidates held several fundraising events over the last several weeks, with Alyssa edging out Lauren. Kirk will reign over the 5 State Fair, and will also be at several events throughout the year. Alyssa is a student at Seward County Community College.
