Aircraft With Damaged Landing Gear Makes Safe Landing

According to police and emergency scanner traffic, an aircraft with a blown tire in its landing gear made a safe landing at the Liberal airport at 8:04 pm Friday. The aircraft was reported to be a private flight with four persons on board. Liberal EMS, fire, and police responded to the call, which began at approximately 7:45 pm.
