Heroes of Hooker

Hooker High won the 2A boys cross country title Saturday at Oklahoma Baptist University. It’s Hooker’s second state title in four years. Head coach Stan Kachel and Hooker’s runners will tell their stories Tuesday morning during the Sportsguys which airs on Talkradio 1270, kscbnews.net, and Windjammer Cable channel 8 between 7:37 and 9 a.m. The Bulldogs runners are seniors David Perez, Esteban Perez, Ethan Neal, and Ryan Williams. Junior Brandon Goosen, sophomore Anselmo Estrada, and freshman Jordan McFarland round out the seven runners at the state meet.
