Traffic will move from the current U.S. 54 alignment to the new alignment east of Liberal in Seward County this Friday, Aug. 6th. Please be sure to buckle up, slow down and ditch the distractions as everyone adjusts to the new traffic pattern.
This change in traffic will facilitate construction of the U.S. 54 westbound lanes which should be completed in 2023.
