Liberal Uses Penalty Kicks to Beat North

Liberal’s soccer team opened play in the Wichita North Cup Monday. Liberal stayed
aggressive and kept Wichita North scoreless. Ending first half 0-0. in the second
half, LHS touched the ball well and continued to keep Wichita North
scoreless. Levi Flores made two crucial saves.  The second
half also ended 0-0.
Moving  into Penalty Kicks.
Liberal: 5 Carlos Rodriguez, Estevan Dominguez, Yahir Salazar, Alfredo
Moncayo, and A.J. Ramirez scored all there PK’s.
Wichita North: 3 Levi Flores makes a crucial save.

Liberal is 9-2-1 and plays Wichita Heights Thursday at the Wichita North Cup.
